Me: No Luce, we are leaving right now to go to dance.
Lucy: But MOM - I'M TELLING THE TRUTH! Pleeeeeease can I play Dora..
Me: No.
Telling the truth is currently her answer to everything. She isn't quite sure why that isn't a game-changer.... at least girlfriend isn't lying to me :)
