The Weekend...

Midnight Showing of Hunger Games (Thurs night!) Ignore the crappy iPhone pic! Really fun, and really good until we got stuck in the parking garage for an hour.

Lots of cuddling this cute little boy with Matt and Haiquis visiting from Kentucky.

LUCY'S FIRST SOCCER GAME!!!!! and my camera was dead so I have two crappy pics! She was so excited and it was so much fun. She ran around and kicked it a few times, I cried because I couldn't believe she was old enough for organized sports. Tears of Joy my friends. I love her neon uni's and I love that my little baby girl is playing soccer. The highlight of the game was trying to get them to keep it in bounds.. and by in bounds I mean both teams not running over to join the game next to them...

And last but not least... Jord and I got "old navified" - translation - we ate at Noodles then decided to run in to ON and 1.5 hours later Lucy had a lot of neon stuff from the clearance rack. And Rubes and Sammy enjoyed some hat dress-up time.

Of course its too small... She looks like she is going out to the rice fields.

Sam Bam had a great time!

Emotions of eating... by Ruby Jane Richards

Love this stinker.

Ruby Jane's Birthday!

Ruby turned one last month and we had a super fun party just for our crazy little wild baby. I can't believe she is one! She is the funniest, craziest, loudest baby and we love having her in our family. She absolutely loves causing trouble, getting into everything, playing with her sister, she is a total daddy's girl and will YELL at Trent if he is home and isn't holding her. We are talking complete meltdown. She's our perfect, chubby little pal and we love her more than anything.

We had a fun little Ice Cream party for her to celebrate the big day. Happy Birthday Rubesy Tues!

Sweets for the sweet. We had all sorts of flavors of ice cream and toppings.

Ruby really does scream for ice cream.... and all food in general. You should see that girl down asparagus!
 Uncle Tay
 Waffle Cups and Sugar Cones
The invite...

Our very own little Ruby's Diner

The fam... me with wet hair - spent so much time getting everything ready - doing my hair was last priority as always :)

Our birthday girlie!
This is a typical Ruby face, and if you know her you know the noise she is making...

Dancing with Dad - her boyfriend

Grandma Ger in the house
The headband! My one impractical party purchase...
And introducing the world's cutest cake!!!!!!!!!!! My BFF Jordan is so amazing and volunteered to make Ruby's cake. She is the best friend of all time and I couldn't believe what she came up with. I literally shed tears I was so touched. I love you Jord!
Another gratuitous cake shot
The Cake Master
Aunt Jenny

My only pic of some of our party guests. Lame of me!

With how much our mini munchkin loves food - I thought the cake would be devoured in two seconds.. Um no, she wasn't into it.... I was pretty confused until Trent told me that two different people had fed her bowls of ice cream - whoops. Guess she was full.
Me tryin to force it!
What a stinker.
Of course 20 minutes later I caught her with a piece hiding out going to town..
Busted!
Luce had the honor of eating the rice krispy cone on top of the cake masterpiece.  What a great day for our little family.
