It's Official - I have a Hobby.
Working for an ad agency for almost 4 years and now doing design critique for Mirabella has had me itching to try my hand at actually creating something myself for once. This week I tried my hand at logos for my friend that takes amazing pictures.. I also have been spending my nights doing one of my favorite things, making Valentines, but this year I'm using Photoshop instead of scrapbook paper! I think I just might, after all these years, have a hobby that isn't going out to eat or shopping. Trent is going to be thrilled.

j... these are so adorable. You are amazing. I always need photoshop advice because I am trudging along trying to figure it out myself. I wish you were here so we could create homemade valentines together... sniff sniff. that's our thing! We always had so much fun doing that every single year. I miss you.
I agree. I need your help wth photoshop as well. where do you get all these cute birds and letters? Am I photoshop retarded. I can't do anything but make straight lines.... Help?

Jamie! How funny - I had the same itching to start designing myself. I LOVE what you've done. I think this should be our business we do together. What do you think? I think you rock at it! I'll have to send you the couple of invitations I've done, and you'll have to look at the Citizen Blues website (www.citizenblues.com) on Wednesday, March 4th because that's when it will be up and you can see some of my design work and get some really cute jeans for way cheap. I love that my husband started a retail website!
