It has been so freezing here the past week that we have barely left the house. I really need to move somewhere that doesn't have -10 wind chill factor. Since my mood is directly related to the weather I think it would be in everyone's best interest. I took Lucy to the indoor playground at the mall yesterday and she loved it, but I felt like I had to protect her constantly from bigger kids and she ended up getting taken out by a 7 year old. Like flattened. It took all of the self-control I had not to unload on the 7 year old, start telling him that the playground age limit was VERY CLEAR and ask him where his mother was. Welcome to the protective mom's club, I was fuming! So funny, don't worry I just made do with a glare.If you are an Obama fan or not, the inauguration was absolutely amazing. What a cool feeling to be a part of such a historical event, even just watching it on TV. I got chills watching all of the people be united and hopeful for a new beginning. Inspiring.
P.S. Anyone else think that the City is 90 million times better than the Hills? Go Whitney.

One day last week she was obsessed with feet, she kept trying to bite my toes all day long. BIZARRE.
She loves to play Wii fit and is perfecting her downward dog.

That Lucy is super cute, and that snaggle tooth is iconic. I love it. I also loved the pictures of your family. Shannon is doing our pictures next week, Yeah! I can't wait,she does such a good job.
I miss Lucy too much! Come back! She needs to call me so I can hear her monkey sound, it is too cute! I still can not get over hearing her gut laugh when Trent was trying to get her off of the Wii Fit! Love it!

Winter is so hard with kids. You feel so bad keeping them in the house, but it is freezing outside. YOU FEEL TRAPPED!
I can relate to over-protective mom and wanting to smack some elses kid. Really I want to smack their mom half the time for not watching their kid and telling them to be careful!

Ha. gotta love the goose. I love that everytime I talk to you, Trent and you are playing the Wii. I really need to get one. I am sorry that the winter is so bad. If I wasn't in school I would seriously pack my bags and come for a whole week full of jamie and jordan (and lucy) fun... In fact. I am working on planning that trip for sometime later this spring or summer. Love ya. Hang in there.
Your toes look like they taste good! Lucy is getting so big. Isn't this age such a fun one? It is my favorite age, I think.
That is so funny about her biting your feet! Max has been doing that for a while and he is obsessed! The other day while watching Graham, he even tried to bite his toes! She is so cute!
